The full day that tearsdown barriers.
A small group of like-minded peers. One real day. One concrete starting point.
The gateway to Zaipiens — and one of the few places in Sweden where CEOs, board members and leaders meet AI as the business question it is. Not as technology. Not as a threat. As something to understand together with others who stand where you stand.
A day abovethe everyday.
To think new thoughts, you sometimes need to change perspective – literally. The Bootcamp takes place at Sky Affairs, on the 24th floor of Jacy'z Hotel & Resort, almost 100 metres above the ground. Behind the large windows, Gothenburg's skyline spreads out, while we lift our gaze from today's operational questions and turn it towards tomorrow's possibilities.
It's a day in an environment created for new perspectives, braver thoughts and conversations that get room to unfold. From the first lunch to the evening's final reflection, we move upwards – in the building, in thought and in ambition.

The shape of the day
- 11.45
Gathering and shared lunch at Archie's
We start around the table at Archie's, Jacy'z relaxed brasserie with a modern twist. Here, luxurious comfort food, thoughtful flavours and a warm, international atmosphere meet.
The room becomes a room, faces become names and the tone for the day is set. Over lunch we get to know each other, share experiences and begin to pin down the questions, challenges and opportunities the participants want to explore.
You need no technical background – just curiosity and a will to develop both yourself and your business.
- Afternoon
Sentio → Cogito → Praxis
After lunch we take the lift up to Sky Affairs on the 24th floor. With Gothenburg below us and the future ahead of us, the work begins.
A rich programme awaits, with breaks, discussions, reflection and hands-on creation.
Sentio– understand and discover
We build a shared understanding of what AI is, what it isn't and why the development is relevant to you as a CEO or leader. You get to discover the possibilities, but also discuss limitations, risks, responsibility and the choices that come with the technology.
Cogito– think strategically
We explore where AI can make a real difference in your role and in your business. Which problems can be solved? Which opportunities can be amplified? What should be prioritised now – and what can wait? You work with both your own leadership and the company's conditions, goals, competencies and ways of working.
Praxis– build and apply
Then we go from insight to action. With AI as a co-creator, you develop three concrete results to take home and keep using: your personal AI plan, the company's AI plan and a working AI tool.
What could you build?
The tool is based on your own business and your own needs. It could, for example, be:
- A strategic decision assistant that analyses decision material, identifies risks and opportunities and formulates the questions the management team needs to answer.
- A customer insight assistant that summarises customer interviews, survey responses or reviews and finds recurring needs, problems and business opportunities.
- A meeting and execution assistant that turns meeting notes into decisions, responsibilities, priorities and clear follow-up points.
- A sales and proposal assistant that helps the company prepare customer meetings and create relevant, audience-tailored proposals or quotes.
- A horizon and scenario assistant that structures signals from the market, competitors and technology shifts and helps management explore possible future scenarios.
You're not just building to learn AI. You're building something that can be tested, developed further and start creating value right after the Bootcamp.
- 19.30
Dinner above the city at GOGOGAGA
As the working day draws to a close, we go another two floors up, to GOGOGAGA on the 26th floor. Here, more than 100 metres above Gothenburg, we end the day in Jacy'z Asian skybar and Social Dinner Club. Flavourful small plates inspired by Korean BBQ, handcrafted cocktails, L.A. vibes and a view of the city lights set the scene for a dinner out of the ordinary.
The day lands where it began – in Sentio. Over dinner the insights sink in, the conversations continue and the relationships deepen. We share what we've built, what we've discovered and what we want to do next. As the city lights come on below us, everyone around the table has become a Zaipien.
- approx. 21.00
Wrap-up
You go home with more than inspiration. You have three concrete things in hand: a personal plan for your own AI development, a plan for the company's AI journey and a concrete AI tool that takes on a real challenge or opportunity.
On top of that, you get a year's membership in the Zaipiens Community, where you can keep learning, develop your ideas and share experiences with other leaders who also want to put AI into practice.
A day above Gothenburg. A new perspective on AI. Three concrete results to take home.

Who sits around the table is no accident.
A Bootcamp works when the people around the table carry the same kind of task. That's why we run two open tracks where participants from different companies meet — and a third format where your whole team makes the journey together.
We read every expression of interest ourselves. Not as a formality — we want to know the group will work, for your sake and for the others'.
Owners & Board
For those who own responsibility for direction and governance. AI as strategic leverage, ownership interest, risk position and corporate governance in a world where everything moves faster.
CEOs & Leaders
For those who lead something. Organisation and execution: how you bring the team along, how AI changes the work, what policy you need and what your 12-month plan should contain.
Tailored
Your entire management team or a whole team. Same method, same structure — adapted to your context, your challenges and your cases.
It's not the title that decides. It's the task you carry.
Three kinds of skills,in one and the same day.
The human being is not merely a thinking being — but a feeling, thinking and acting being. That's why the day engages the whole human. That's why it sticks.
The head
Understanding, analysis and judgement. What AI is, where it works in your business, what the rules require.
The hands
Away from the screen, up out of the chair. Midday, the body and hands take over for a while — a break from talk and computers, often with a pinch of competition. We won't reveal more here.
The room
Around the table, in the conversation, in the network. Like-minded peers who stand where you stand.
It doesn't start in the technology. It starts in the head.
Homo Sapiens did not become the dominant species through strength, but through the ability to gather around a shared idea and realise it together — carried by a language that lets us speak of what does not yet exist. (Yuval Noah Harari, Sapiens.) That's why an AI journey is first a question of mindset and shared direction — not of technology. Leadership goes first, the habit is built in daily practice, and the value comes when workflows are redrawn.
Not more thoughts.Something to do on Monday.
Your personal AI plan
A concrete plan for how you as a CEO or leader will develop your AI competence, change your ways of working and use AI in everyday life.
The company's AI plan
A prioritised plan for the company's AI development and implementation – with possible use cases, first initiatives, responsibilities, risks and next steps.
A working AI tool
A first usable prototype that solves a concrete challenge or helps the company seize an opportunity. The focus isn't on the technology itself, but on creating something of real value.
And one more thing: one year of membership in the Zaipiens Community is included in the price. After completing Bootcamp, you are a Zaipien.
Those who lead the day.
Every Bootcamp is led by at least two facilitating Zaipiens.
Jacob Bergström
Founding Partner & CEO
18 years as an HR consultant in Swedish SMEs. His thesis: AI initiatives are decided 90% by the people, not the technology — and that's where the day puts its weight.
Mattias Johansson
Founding Partner
25 years in sales and business development. Sees the business behind the technology, and asks the question you hadn't thought of until he asked it.
Daniel Edenholm
Founding Partner & Chair
HR, payroll and operational craft. The one who takes the idea from whiteboard to reality. Less talk, more effect.
Bootcamp is the day you begin. The rest is what you make of it.
One year of membership in the Zaipiens Community is included — Spelplanen every other week, the Briefing every other Wednesday, ZAI-Days three times a year. When you're ready for more, there's ZAI-Start and ZAI-Go. And if the whole company is coming along, there's Waveset.
