    We are a growing group of people learning AI together — owners, entrepreneurs, CEOs, board members and other leaders. We begin with a full day and continue as a community, week by week. No one knows it all, but together we grow wiser.

    They get stuck because people aren't on board. Too much technology, too little behavioural change. No shared understanding in the leadership team. No sense of security among employees. And no natural place or person to turn to when the questions arrive.

    With us, Community is the hub — the context you grow into and stay in. Bootcamp is the most common entry point, but not the only one. Whichever way you enter, you become a Zaipien.

    The full day that breaks the threshold. A small group of like-minded people around a table. You leave with new insights and a plan, a new way of thinking, and new people in your network.

    The context. Fixed times every week, three ZAI-Days a year. A real person at the other end when the AI questions come.

    Waveset & Sprints

    When an entire company needs to come along — or when you want to build something concrete. A 60-day program for a group or the whole organisation, prototype sprints in weeks.

    AI Bootcamp — the full day that breaks thresholds.

    A small group of like-minded people standing at the same threshold meet, think together, and help each other to concrete value. Lunch to dinner. Grouped by role and skill so you end up among peers. You leave with understanding and knowledge, new people in your network, and a very concrete application of the language model you use right now (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Co-Pilot or another LLM). The goal is to make you ready to take the right decisions for yourself and for the group you're responsible for.

    And one more thing: a year's membership in the Zaipiens Community is included in the price. You become a Zaipien after completing Bootcamp.

    Zaipiens was founded in 2026 — but not by beginners. Behind the company stand founders who have devoted their careers to the hardest part of any change: getting people and organisations to actually do something new. Because it's never the technology that's the challenge — it's behaviours. And mindset. And this is exactly what we've helped people change for decades.
